What is FSS?

The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is a voluntary program that helps you save money and achieve your dreams! Here’s how:

  • You’ll receive deposits based on your household annual earned income

  • You get a dedicated Financial Coach from Compass Working Capital to help you reach your goals
